​How is my order processed?
​

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving
your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number,
and a link track your package.


There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or
postal service problems that are outside of our control but we will
​do our best to get your shipment delivered.



Is our website safe?

We understand how important security is to you.
We use the most advanced consumer online security technique to date.
You can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.
Your information is safe and secure.



Do you accept Refunds?

 We do not refund orders. ​


What is our Return Policy?

Returns for products as well as size exchanges are offered at our discretion.

If you are making a return or request a size exchange you need to place a new
order at your expense for a product in another size within 5 days after
the item has been received.

 We reserve the rights to refuse returns at our discretion.

Before returning any products, please email

 Your first and last name 
Your order number 
Your home address
 Reasons for item bring returned 
Photos of the item 


What about lost packages?

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors, lost packages by mail carriers. 
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to mail carriers no later
than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.


What about stolen packages?

We are not responsible if your package is stolen from your property. ​

What about issues with my order?

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, 
please submit an email to orders@Johanneimmis.com including the following:

 Your first and last name 
Your order number 
Your home address
 Reasons for item bring returned 
Photos of the item 


What if my order was shipped but I did not receive it yet?

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier,
the shipment will be returned to our facility. 

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an
updated address with you (if and as applicable). 


What if I forgot to claim my item?

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and
you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).



Additional information:

We reserve the right to refuse to process and order due to suspected fraud
or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order.

Our customer service department may email you at the email address
you provided to confirm your order.

We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship
to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion
or promotional code, at our sole discretion.

If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the
cancelled order(s) and your order will not be shipped.

We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud
or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
