Our minds are receiving negative images / information on a daily basis
that drain our mind / body / and spirit; that is why it is important to take
time to relax and breathe.
Be careful what you allow yourself to watch and listen to....it affects your
state of being.
Below are some of my personal tips to relax and unwind:
I pray for peace and guidance.
I listen to beautiful music.
I watch funny videos.
I try my best to eat healthy foods (fruits, smoothies, vegetables)
I treat myself to chocolate LOL
