The DAILY habits that we SELECT to begin our day are the foundations for our success! Replace bad habits with great habits, such as: - Praying and meditating as soon as you wake up - Speaking positive thoughts through out your day regardless of what is going on around you - Drinking water through out the day - Eating fruits and vegetables - Listening to feel-good music - Exercise and get your body moving! - Set Goals (doing it the night works really well) - Get plenty of sleep / rest / naps - BE KIND TO YOURSELF - Breathe!!!!
