This is my confession....
I went on a WILD sugar binge!!! I mean it was really WILD and I did not want to stop!
(I was eating donuts, cakes, chocolates, croissants, candy......I was out of control and boy my body was not happy about that....at all.)
I noticed I was becoming tired, I was breaking out, I had little energy, and of course the weight came along with no delay! Yikes....but it was my fault.
The madness had to END....I had no reason to mistreat my body / my temple. It was time to take charge again......no matter how many times I stopped, it was time to start again!
Kale and water to the rescue!!! I will cleanse for a few days by drinking lots of water and adding more kale to my diet along with fruits and other vegetables.
My body needs it! Yours does too!
