Goji Berries are a must have treat that I want to share with you.
(I get them at my local Health Food store - Nostrand Health Food Stores )
I snack on them just as they come in the bag - dried - and the benefits are truly incredible.
These little berries can be blended into your smoothies, sprinkled on top of a salad, they can be soaked in water than added to your oatmeal as well instead of raisins.
DEFINITELY a must have!
