I came across this video that I think is a really great help for anyone out there who wants more out of their lives.
The DAILY habits that we SELECT to begin our day are the foundations for our success!
Replace bad habits with great habits, such as:
- Praying and meditating as soon as you wake up
- Speaking positive thoughts through out your day regardless of what is going on around you
- Drinking water through out the day
- Eating fruits and vegetables
- Listening to feel-good music
- Exercise and get your body moving!
- Set Goals (doing it the night works really well)
- Get plenty of sleep / rest / naps
- BE KIND TO YOURSELF
- Breathe!!!! Deeply and slowly
- Love yourself as you are learning and growing on this amazing planet
This very moment you are able to change your life by changing your thoughts, habits, and perspective. The life that you want and dream of is REAL and it will require a new YOU.
The new YOU will have to work towards your goals with a NEW mindset and also adjust to brand NEW habits. Positive self-talk is a MUST during this transition because change takes time.
No need to rush the process, it is important to pamper yourself as you learn and adapt to your new lifestyle and to TRUST God's perfect timing.
As much as we want to be in control of every little detail, we have to master the art of letting go of that control and to allow God to step in and lead the way.
Taking the first step may feel strange at times since you are doing things feel foreign BUT keep going.
The new YOU may to make some harsh decisions such as having to cut off some toxic relationships and leave behind toxic environments.
Stay consistent, you got this!
