CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO THINK ABOUT!How we choose to think on a daily basis determines the course of our lives. Our minds can run wild if we don't get a strong hold of our thought pattern and control it. Let's get into some 'How-to-start' steps: - Start being thankful! and to start paying attention to what you think about. - Think only of the things that you are grateful for EVERY DAY. - Let go of fears, bad experiences, losses, mistakes. They do not determine who you are becoming. - Stop caring about what people think or say about you. Your own opinion about yourself is what you will believe, so live your life beautifully! YOU ARE NOT YOUR EXPERIENCES, YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE. The only feelings we are allowed to hold onto are: - Thankfulness - Gratefulness - Happiness - Joy - Excitement - Peace You are TOO SPECIAL to think badly about yourself, you are VERY valuable. When you see your reflection, SMILE! When you make mistakes, LEARN from it and be thankful that you are becoming a better version of you. I can relate to this blog. I know and observed that my grandmother is lonely most of the time. I know that it is hard for her to be alone. Her children have their own families and we do have our own lives and work. The only person beside her is my auntie who did not marry and have her own family. I listen to her stories sometimes because I know that she knows best. She is lonely due to her husband passed away four years ago and all she have is her children, but they have their own lives now.
