 Last night, I decided to clean my entire apartment from around 10PM until about 6AM......HECK YEA!!!! Why??????? Because when I "feel" the need to do something, I make it happen.....and I go for the win!!! My actions create a better quality of life because I do my best... As God guides me and shows me the way; I am comfortable and I fully accepting that I gotta do what I gotta do for me! I give my best and I am great at what I do! I affirm this with my heart, my mind, and spirit... I am proud of myself and my journey... I am making the BEST decisions for health, growth and success... I am thankful and grateful for all of the lessons and incredible opportunities that are here and coming... I am proud of myself! Hearing this and believing is necessary for me to grow outside of my comfort zone... Just felt like sharing some thoughts that inspire a lot of my decisions!!! - XOXOµ Jo
