The best part about this recipe is that the flavor is definitely there! The fluffiness of the pancakes is also there as well which is a MAJOR plus! Only 8 ingredients are needed to make these...no Melted Butter needed (unless you choose to add it in the batter).
Note: For the non-dairy milk, there are tons of vegan plant based milks that are now available in your local grocery stores. Cashew Milk, Almond Milk, Hazelnut Milk, Walnut Milk...the list goes on and on! If you're allergic to nuts there is also Rice Milk, Soy Milk, Hemp Milk, Oat Milk, and Coconut Milk that you can use.
You can add blueberries and all of your favorite toppings to this recipe, the possibilities are endless!
I use Agave Syrup instead of Maple Syrup and man oh man...it's just so GOOD!!!! I also added a couple of fresh strawberries on the side and Zeek and I had a delicious feast!
