Haitian bread is a staple in any Haitian household and it is usually purchased from a Local Haitian Bakery. It has a similar flavor compared to other Caribbean breads such as Harddough bread but is lighter and flufflier in texture. This was my first time making them and they are PERFECT! I just had to share the recipe with y'all! I came across this DELICIOUS recipe on Youtube by Suzon. I used Vegan Butter instead and it tastes just as good as using Dairy Butter! |
